Akai Mayu Go Ino Daikakusou

“Mayu”

Mayu was born in my house in August 2021. The name “Akai Mayu” “赤い繭” in Japanese means “red cocoon” which is also the name of a collection of short stories by Kōbō Abe famous Japanese writer which is one of my favorites. Very lively and affectionate, she is an earthquake that keeps us all happy and moving, she is practically tireless as her father Uji’s playmate and together with her splendid mother Isuke they are a constant group.
